Tsugumi possesses the ability to emit energy in controlled blasts in close quarters. Combined with melee combat techniques, he can generate bone-shattering force far beyond what could be achieved through physical exertion alone, although he appears to prefer using his powers indirectly to interfere with the fighting abilities of his opponents. Tsugumi's blasts can take on many of the properties of fire.

Personality:

Tsugumi's persona is almost a complete replica of Tsubame's. Once set a task, he will pursue it almost mechanistically and without any reservation, although he rarely harms others any more than necessary, perhaps out of a fondness for efficiency. It is very difficult to get an emotional response out of him.
