Nixie is a water spirit who possesses not only ice magic, but the ability to manipulate the physical attributes of those around her (kinetics) -- siphoning speed, power, etc. from enemies at will. She also has some ability to charm members of the opposite sex into doing her bidding.

Personality:

Although those who get on her bad side have a tough opponent to face, Nixie has proven herself a capable leader, running a small supergroup for married heroes. Although she's not as irascible as Rue, they get along well, probably due to their similar personalities and non-human origins.
