Spark Force

history: Kyle Evanick was born in suburban Pennsylvania with the power to control electricity and manipulate energy at will. Unlike many heroes in Paragon City, he left the heroing to be nothing but a bag boy. That all changed one day as he was given a note in the mail one day to join Paragon's heroes in defending their city. He paid it little mind until later that day. His sister and brother-in-law were moving to Kings Row to set up their new jobs, having nothing keeping him there but empty memories he agreed.Some months later, he donned a costume of his own making and Spark Force was born!

otherDetails: Spark Force is also known by his 'real' name of Kyle Evanick and even Spark at times. Has at times worked with a relatively unknown Super Group known as the Millennium Paladins despite, their different personalities.He jokingly refers himself as a freak being born a mutant, it doesn't bother him on the the slightest. While some would hide their powers, Kyle has frequently used his powers in the open. Whether as Spark Force or as Kyle never bothered him.Kyle's brother-in-law Jevon is the mutant Scrapper known as Magna Strike, a rather lowkey hero.

personality: Quiet loner, with a rather dry sense of humor. He doesn't get mad or upset easily as his temperment is usually cool. Does lose his temper on certain issues like bigotry, sexist people, etc. Gives help to newer heroes, when they are in trouble. Is very timid of women and fanboys and girls. Gets nervous when doing with more experieced heroes.

powers: Spark Force has the power to generate electricity from his hands, manipulate energy, and move at super speed. His ability to manipulate energy allows him to be slighty stronger than your average human. He prefers not to use his energy and super speed powers except when necessary.


 

CapeMike

Age: exact age unknown; appears to be in late 20's/early 30's

history: Originating on the alt.fan.sailormoon newsgroup in 1997 in what was then an ongoing hybrid MUD/text-RPG/add-your-own-chapter adventure called the 'Otaku Wars!', CapeMike's character is now a decade old, and as such, has a titanic 'story bible'...and the strangest thing is that he KNOWS he's a fictional creation, just as everyone else on OtakuWorld did.Inexplicably appearing in the Pinnacle shard of Paragon City in mid-2004 due to a large explosion that he insists was NOT his fault, he soon decided to stay there for awhile, hopping back and forth between there and OtakuWorld, and often crossing paths with some of his allies from the latter here in Paragon City; now at security level 50, he seems to actually be taking his 'job' as a Hero seriously....sometimes....

otherDetails: It's not terribly difficult to 'write' CapeMike...just imagine how any character from Excel Saga, Puni Puni Poemi, Bobobo, or Azumanga Daioh would react in a given situation, and it's very likely that's what CM would do or a variation on it....He's also obsessed with giant mecha and like-type robots, which could lend itself to funny situations with Malta and possibly the Council....

personality: Coming from a place called 'OtakuWorld', which itself is basically every anime cliche' in existence rolled into one and given physical form, CapeMike often finds Paragon City to be borderline boring, and has no problem giving voice to this fact, whether or not you asked for his opinion! This, however also gives him the nasty habit of letting his mouth get ahead of his brain, often with painful(for him) results....No-one knows for sure whether his often eccentric behavior is an act to lure his enemies into thinking he's not all there, or if he really -IS- that nuts...; but the few villains who've walked away from an encounter with him believe he's actually much smarter than he lets on....He values honesty and loyalty almost to a fault, despite everything else; once you've earned his trust, you have a friend for life...and few who've crossed him have ever had the chance to tell the tale....

powers: A master of multiple forms of armed and unarmed combat(Matrial arts power pool); posessing super-speed on par with Synapse(and belived to be far faster on his homeworld), CapeMike has mastered blending the 2 abilities together to produce what sometimes appears to be a shimmering green after-image(think the Flash) trailing behind him as he blasts from one for to the next.It may not be too hard to knock him down, but actually HITTING him is the hardest part(Super Reflexes secondary pool), since his speed often fools someone into thinking he's somewhere he actually isn't!


 

Gamble

history: Born Ricardo Sanchez in 1987 to a low income family residing within Kings Row. Only child. Parents: Javier Sanchez & Susan Rutherford. Location: 4225 Wabash St., Kings Row.At age 15, Gamble was kidnapped by a local Freakshow cell who were testing experimental analgesics. Due to the trauma induced by the encounter and the introduction of the drug, Gamble's powers manifested violently. Police reports confirm dismembered Freakshow cultists and severe property damage. As a result of his premature mutant evolution and his exposure to an experimental drug, his skin turned black.At age 16, the Asgardian entity Loki exploited the severly emotionally-distraught and drug-addled Gamble in a plot to assault an Orenbegan stronghold. It was during this time that the two developed their short-lived psychic connection, which has since been severed.Afterwards, at age 18, Gamble briefly operated as the leader of a metahuman organization known as Legends of Justice. His stint as leader of this organization was short lived; drug addiction finally claimed the remnants of his sanity.He was recently arrested by Paragon police attempting to purchase an illegal substance. He was was released shortly thereafter, on the condition that he infiltrate the illegal underground narcotics drug syndicate as a NARC.

personality: A young man from the hard streets of King's Row. As the son of a Latin-American father and a Caucasian mother, Gamble grew up bilingual. His accent the Spanish-English street slang that is common in many minority neighborhoods (English with a flavoring of a Spanish accent.) He also tends to throw Spanish exclamations into English sentences.Gamble would be described by his friends as a wise-cracking slacker. He is very social, and has the ability to get along with pretty much anyone. He is also known for his poor jokes that usually illicit more head-shakes of disapproval than laughs. He is known to never stop talking, even in the heat of battle.Lesser known to his friends is his addiction to the street drug HighRise (powerful analgesic), which has been an increasingly dangerous problem in his life.Gamble has a deep affinity for his comrades. He has no problem throwing himself in danger in order to protect his allies, and tends to do so with little regard for his own health.

powers: Earth Control: Nature of powers are mutation based. He is able to manipulate solid matter on a molecular level in order to create physical manifestations which conform to his will. These powers are limited only by his own imagination and the physical properties of such materials. He is limited to materials which are comprised of a mixture of specific salt compounds. Also, the amount of effort he must exert in order to affect his environment is related to the concentration on salt compounds in the locale. So, for instance, he has to work a lot harder to create a stalagmite formation on a mountaintop than he would, say, at the beach. If a structure doesn't have any salt in it, Gamble cannot affect it. The object must be a solid as well; he cannot control liquids or gases. He must be in direct line of sight with objects being manipulated, and the final form of such objects must be large enough to be seen with the naked eye.His earth manipulating is also affected by his current mental state. For instance, when angry, his rock formations tend to become more chaotic. When he is calm, his formation tend to become very smooth and rounded. When he is on HighRise, rock formations become very sharp.To accommodate for a lack of a super-powered form of travel, Gamble will create rock formations that will propel him forward. These rock formations tend to be variations on simple ramps and levers.Also, due to the fact that he grew in Paragon (and the threat of litigation), he always tries to make sure to keep property damage to a minimum.Gamble has also obtained powers that distort probability fields (see Marvel's Longshot.) These powers are subconscious, so he himself doesn't know they exist. All he knows is that he is unpredictably lucky. He obtained these powers after his encounter with the Asgardian Loki.


 

Slaughtermouse

Age: Unknown

Height: 4'1"

history: An escapee of the Moreau Project, a program attempting to create superhumans by melding human and animal DNA. The Moreau Project falls under the umbrella of Crey Industries, loosely connected to their Revenant Hero Project, but with enough cut-outs and fake corporations in between the two to create plausible deniability if anything ever goes wrong. On a training mission, Slaughtermouse simply decided she'd rather go solo. She killed her handlers and disappeared into the night.

personality: Dripping with attitude and in your face: sardonic, smirky and superior. But not above stabbing someone in the back should it suit it her purposes. She can be sweet, but she probably won't mean it.

powers: Slaughtermouse is a Claws/Regeneration Stalker.

Distinguishing Features: The Fenris Project is an extraordinarily large warwolf. He has large musculature, and a heavy frame. He has chains wrapped around his arms, waist, and neck presumably for the Council to control him easier when moving him. A Council insignia dangles from the thick chain that acts as his collar.

History:

 

The Fenris Project is the result of the efforts of an extensive breeding program developed by the Council's top scientists. The fiercest warwolves were chosen and bred together. The strongest, largest pup was then selected from the breeding program's litter as the candidate with the most potential, before going through extreme strength training, steroid enhancement, dietary supplementation, and being taught to strictly obey the Council. He is trained to be dangerously aggressive and violent. He is also trained to follow the commands of any Council member. While mildly cunning he has proven to be somewhat easily outsmarted and usually needs a handler to direct his violence appropriately as he is of animal intelligence.

 

The Fenris Project has fallen under Superstrength/Invulnerability classification. Bullets from automatic rifle fire have not been able to penetrate his hide and any attack only seems to aggravate him. He has also been seen committing acts of immense strength such as ripping bank vault doors out of the wall and smashing police vans.

 

He is most dangerous under the direction of a tactically intelligent Council officer.

Kadmon

Age: Roughly 14000

history: Originally created in the halls of Mu, this artificial humanoid golem was designed to be the forerunner to a mass-produced combat golem. As such, he was given the ability to learn through experience, and as such became sentient fairly quickly. However, this lead to him learning mercy, a trait which had him imprisoned in orichalcum by the people of Mu for some 13000 years when he refused to kill Oranbegan wizards who could no longer fight back.Awakening in the year 1130, with no memory or who or what he was. After having been released from his prison by some Oranbegan spirits, he found himself in western Europe. He was taken in by the church of a local village and became a paladin. However, just as he was getting comfortable with his new life, incompetence struck. Circle of Thorns wizards, trying to summon a demon Kadmon had just finished "banishing" (Read: Punching in the face until it decided to leave the dimension to preserve whatever bones it might have left), accidentally summoned him from the year 1136 to the year 2004.Needless to say, Kadmon was somewhat unhappy about this. He spent the next three days trying to find his way out of Oranbega, killing any wizards he happened across on his way out. By the second day, he realized that he probably should've forced one of them to show him the way out. The third day saw luck shining on him though, as he found a magical lab where the Circle was trying to replicate Muvian runes. Taking them for his own, he created a portal for himself to the surface, and has spent the past two years growing accustomed to this new life.In 2006 he married another hero, by the callsign of Masked Shrike. They both live in a mid-sized apartment that is considerably larger inside than it is outside, in the Talos Island district.

otherDetails: He likes to drink, even though he can't actually get drunk, and has no physical need for food. He plays one mean bass guitar, favoring the Rickenbacker 4001. Though it took him a little while, he did, using the same design that enabled him to become sentient in the first place, become accustomed to the world Post-2004,

personality: Somewhat slow to anger, once provoked he generally won't stop punching and slashing until the cause is on the ground, walls, and occasionally the ceiling of the next three rooms over. Other than that, he's generally kind-hearted, fiercely protective of his friends and family.

Kadmon: He was designed with long-range telepathy to enable him to communicate with other Mu soldiers and golems. However, because of the utter lack of these since the Oranbegan war's end, he re-worked some of his internal mental design and split his mental powers into telepathy and telekinesis. He can read minds, but tends not to, and has been known to teach people how to resist mind reading. His sword is called Sturm, it is a storm sword, and is summoned and dismissed with a bolt of lightning.

 

Masked Shrike: She has a tendency to become bouncy when excited. She also owns two pistols, which she carries with her in the event that she has to fight something that she doesn't want to get close to and it resists dark attacks. These are a Glock 21 and a SIG-Sauer P220 (both .45 caliber firearms), and she has several different ammunition loads, created by Kadmon, designed specifically for dealing with various types of undead creature, armored targets, demons and the like. Unfortunately, her eyesight is just one or two steps above legally blind, and as such she won't go anywhere without her glasses or corrective goggles.


 

Lucretia de Loccia

Age: 32

history: Former Crey roboticist, suffered loss of right arm at the shoulder and both legs at mid-thigh when an experimental 'backpack portal device' failed (it was a slip and fall accident, but you should never put your hands or legs through a portal, experimental ones doubly so.) When she was told that prosthetics/regeneration was NOT covered under the company workman's comp plan, she stole some of the plans for robots she'd been working on and bailed.She now makes her home in the Rogue Isles, having built herself robotic replacement limbs, as well as a small troop of robots and some other devices. She takes whatever freelance jobs come her way... but jobs against Crey she's been known to seek out. For the right 'consideration' she is willing to advise others on Crey security protocols, firewall policies, and other details that can assist in breaking into Crey facilities.

otherDetails: Her armor has been engineered to 'hide' her disability; all except the right arm appear to be a variant of Crey Power Tank armor. However, remove the carbon fiber and aramid/ceramic armor, and it's immediately clear that her legs are artificial, with exposed servos, pesudomuscles, and data and power cabling visible. Her right arm 'exposed' is polished titanium alloy, with all internal wiring and servos mounted inside the 'bones'. With the helmet removed, her face is classic Italian-American, her brunette hair tied back in a simple ponytail. However, she rarely appears in public outside her 'armor' as she really doesn't like the attention she gets as an amputee... even one that can walk.

personality: Doesn't appear to be particularly evil. If anything she's very straightforward and direct. A bit moody at times. Ruthlessly efficient in battle. As for why she's a criminal... when one breaks into Crey warehouses to steal parts one needs, and one is caught on camera... one gets a visit from the cops.

powers: Robots/Traps MM - has been seen to deploy and equip three drones and one protector bot, along with a shield generator, mortars that fire caustic acid shells, webbing grenades, and a portable regenerator unit. This is in addition to the pulse laser rifle she carries. Her armor/prosthetics have antigrav units installed, which enable her to hover or fly. She is also extremely tactically minded, and as such her robots seem to be more adaptive of battle than most, causing more damage and missing less.


 

Masked Shrike

history: Born in the northeastern United States, she was an only-child of two only-children. She displayed a remarkable aptitude for singing at a young age; as such, she received singing lessons from the time she was five years old. At the age of thirteen, her parents moved west, feeling that she would have more opportunities for success in California than she would in Rhode Island. She did become quite famous between the ages of fourteen and seventeen, but decided to go away for college at the age of eighteen, ending up back in Rhode Island, attending college at Paragon University. She minored in Magic Usage and Detection (she holds an Associates degree in this), with a major in business law (she graduated from a four-year program in three years and made Dean's List every semester).At the age of 21, she formed a band and, within three months, had become famous around the world. For her 23rd birthday, she brought her band to Paragon City on tour. There, she was attacked and nearly abducted by the Circle of Thorns. Were it not for timely intervention by Kadmon, she would have been sacrificed for some Circle spell. She took him on as a bodyguard for the duration of her stay in Paragon City, and presented him with his hat as a gift when she left.Just two months before her 24th birthday, she came back to Paragon City, but this time her tour was cut short by an attack and attempted kidnappy by Kadmon's Praetorian Earth counterpart, Prima Ombra. After the first attempt, she stayed in Kadmon's apartment for a while and received martial arts training from former Nacht Oberst Max Kampfer. Ombra's second attempt was decidedly more successful, but brought the fury of Kadmon (and several dozen other heroes) down on him. She received the bulk of her power from Kadmon during his assault on Ombra's fortress.

otherDetails: She has scars on her right bicep from a slash from Ombra's sword Garm (a frostsword) that she narrowly avoided, but didn't avoid the razor ice shards it launched. Though she is somewhat small, she has super-human strength, a side effect of receiving a large amount of power from the near-infinitely strong Kadmon. She has a habit of whistling loudly into people's ears to get their attention.

personality: She is kind and caring, but much quicker to anger than Kadmon. Saying that her fuse is a little short is like saying that a neutron star is a little dense. Still, she enjoys a good joke, and in spite of being quite smart, she will occasionally play dumb or forgetful to bait people into saying things that she can then turn on them to some amusing result.

Comrade Hero

history: Comrade Hero was born Nikolai Alexandrovich Biryuk was born on November 5, 1970.His father was Aleksandr Biryuk, a high ranking diplomat of the former Soviet Union, who served at the United Nations in New York.His mother was Caroline Jackson, daughter of US shipping and oil magnate Thomas Jackson.Nikolai was born in the United States, but raised in the former Soviet Union by his father?s family in the Ukraine. His younger sister Nina was born in 1975, and was raised by his mother in the United States.Nikolai would not get to see his mother or sister in person until nearly three decades later.Nikolai graduated from secondary school in 1988 and joined the Kharkov Higher Military Aviation School for Fighter Pilots. He graduated with honors in 1993, receiving his Pilot-Engineer diploma.Nikolai subsequently attended the Ministry of Aviation Industry Test Pilot School in Zhukovsky, receiving his Test Pilot Degree in 1996.Upon graduation, Nikolai was selected as an experimental test pilot and posted to a classified Russian Federal Space Agency test site somewhere in northern Siberia known simply as Lot 11.Nikolai excelled as a test pilot and enjoyed working with the various ?X Planes? being constructed and tested at Lot 11. In the aftermath of the Rikti War Lot 11 came into possession of a number of Rikti artifacts and technology. Some of this was reverse engineered and incorporated into the Phoenix Project - an attempt to create a jet fighter capable of making sub-orbital leaps through the edge of space.In 2003 Nikolai was given the honor of piloting Phoenix IV on its maiden voyage.It was during testing of Phoenix IV's sub-orbital leaping capacity that Nikolai ran into trouble. Phoenix IV was unexpectedly exposed to a massive bombardment of unknown cosmic radiation.Phoenix IV exploded spectacularly, sending Nikolai plummeting 70 miles, helplessly towards the Earth. Nikolai crashed into the frozen wastes of the Arctic. The resulting impact created a massive crater and briefly lit up the night sky with an eerie crimson glow.A week later rescue crews recovered the unconscious Nikolai, and were astonished to find him alive and complete unharmed in the middle of a smoldering crater a half a mile across in diameter and 100ft deep.The unknown cosmic radiation that had destroyed Phoenix IV had triggered the latent mutant potential in Nikolai - creating a near indestructible man infused with cosmic energies he could now control and channel through his body.Nikolai was immediately transferred to Moscow for assessment by order of the GRU (Glavnoye Razvedyvatelnoye Upravlenie) Russian Metahuman Identification and Utilisation Division.Nikolai was quickly drafted as a metahuman asset and began specialist training to help him master and control his newfound abilities.Nikolai had been dubbed ?The Man Who Fell to Earth? in recognition of his astonishing survival. He eventually adopted the rather mundane sounding 'Comrade Hero' as his hero identity, despite suggestions of several more exciting and dramatic hero names.Given Nikolai?s parentage, it was decided to send him to the United States. Publicly as part of the Russian Federation?s assistance to the reconstruction of Paragon City, and privately to gather intelligence and curtail the activities of the newly emergent Council.Moscow was particularly worried by the ease with which the Council had overthrown and absorbed the remnants of the 5th Column into its ranks.Nikolai journeyed to the United States in 2004 and was granted a Paragon City Hero Registration Card in April 2004. He was also joyfully reunited with his mother and sister, and introduced to his American relatives.Comrade Hero is first and foremost a protector and champion of the People - be they in Paragon City or Moscow. He holds true to the ideals of Communism and strives to ensure the People have a powerful friend ready to defend them against the depredations from all types of criminal subversives.

personality: Comrade Hero is well spoken, intelligent and serious. He tries to resolve problems without resorting to violence, but will not hesitate to meet force with force when called upon. Comrade Hero is very observant and often makes wry comments based on his assessment and observations. His humor often falls flat on his American hero counterpartsComrade Hero believes that his first duty is to protect and champion the causes of the People. When not engaged in bringing villains to justice Comrade Hero can often be found helping out in Kings Row at local shelters and Veteran's homes.

Bone Wasp

history: Bone Wasp's exact place of birth is unknown, though it is suspected to be somewhere on the North American continent. The physical effects of his mutation are such that it is impossible to determine his ethnic history by sight alone, and samples of his blood are lacking in authorities' files. When he first appeared on the radar, he was on a small carribean island with a nine other young mutant children. When they were discovered by an off duty American Naval officer, the island was thoroughly combed. The corpses of twenty one humans and eleven young mutants were found. When the children were interviewed, they revealed that they had been adopted by unknown foster parents and brought to the island, where upon they were released into the forest and hunted by a man. It is not known which of the human corpses was the mastermind of this sick scheme, but it is suspected that it was the man found with a long, black spine protruding from his forehead. The children were examined both medically and psychologically, and early evidence was seen in the young Bone Wasp of extreme sociopathological tendencies. Bone Wasp and his cohorts were put aboard a ship headed back for the coast of the states, where they were to be enrolled in a small government school, but the boat never arrived. It was found adrift at sea, all mutant children missing and all crew dead. It was many years before Bone Wasp officially appeared again, this time in France, just prior to the start of the Rikti War. He had clearly undergone extensive combat training, and a rash of assassinations were attributed to him. It was during this time that he encountered his only failure, when sent to kill the French heroine Decibelle. Her defeat of him caused the assassin to become obsessed with her. The Rikti War, however, robbed him of his vengeance, as the alien invasion claimed the life of the crime-fighter. However, her children, Amanda Fiachra (Decibella) and Trevor Fiachra (Young Drum), have both taken up heroing mantles. Having lost his chance to sate his blood lust against there mother, Bone Wasp now hunts the unsuspecting pair of teenage heroes.

personality: Bone Wasp is a bit a of a loose cannon. He is a world class assassin, and when hired, you can sure that he'll put down his target. You tend to end up paying out for collateral damage, though, as there's no guessing the number of other casualties he might inflict while out and about. He is quick to anger and slow to forgive (which is all relatively, because nobody who has made him angry has lived long enough to be forgiven). He bears one major grudge, and this is what brings him to Paragon City. He is also a mutant. His pale green skin and wasp-like wings make him obvious, and he embraces it.

powers: In Game: Claws/Ninjitsu Stalker with FlightIdeally: His "claws" are more like one long bony spine or stinger protruding from each wrist/hand. They are venemous. Also, his powers of flight come from wasp wings.

history: On a day like anyother, the board members of Crey Technologies had a secret meeting where they would discuss the creation of a new super weapon. This weapon would be not just a simple reproduction of another hero's power but a brand new creation that would be theirs and theirs alone. After 3 days of secret planning, project SY-CLONE was initiated. The ultimate goal was to create 8 perfect genetically developed supermen. In order to accomplish this Crey had taken genetic cell samples from some of the most well known, loved and hated, heroes and villains. The First test subject known only as SS-01, had been created using the cells collected from Statesman and their former subject Synapse. The remarkable cell structure of Statesman was altered to allow faster recuperative abilities as well as enhanced stamina. The Cells of synapse were spliced to remove the specific speed enhancement he recieved from his time with Crey. With these 2 cell structures now ready, they were injected into an embryo that would be technologicly enhanced to allow the completion of full maturity in just 1 year. Durring the fourth month, test subject SS-01 started to show signs of his super powers. The regenerative capabilities were very present as well as incredible stamina and speed. However as a side-effect of the Cell splicing, when the subject entered a trans-sonic movement pattern he would emit a shadow like after image. This was not accounted for and the scientists feared it would cause future complications. As a result of their fears they designed a speed limiting drug that would automatically disolve once the subject was offically stable. With his amazing speed and apparent genius like intelect, subject SS-01 was able to learn anything almost instantly. Durring the final year of testing SS-01 had gained access to a computer terminal which had been left actively connected to the internet. SS-01 knowing little about how he infact came into being, decided to do some research of his own. He discovered the horrible truth behind his creation, as well as the heroic stories of both Statesman and Synapse. Hating his creators and wishing to become more like the heroes he had been made from, SS-01 excaped.

personality: Speedster is serious most of the time and very battle oriented. When he's not in battle he likes to jok around with his fellow heroes but he never makes them mad. Speedy also is very patriotic

history: His origional name was Ero Seki. He use to live in a Evil Shin obi village in Japan. He confronted a rival clan and fatally lost against a man named Jinjo Eki(Devine Claws). He was then transported to a Creys lab in Paragon and was experimented on. They healed him but at a dire price, he now had scaly skin like a snake and lost some of his sanity. He worked for Crey for quiet a few years before being taken down by his nemesis Ero Seki now going by the name Devine Claws. He is now currently a mercenary for Arachnos.

Please let me know if you need something more specific than what I already have there.Her current costume is the one with a white one piece bodysuit and the ice blue Santa gloves and boots. Cherry/Kayain

 

Bio: Cherry and Kayain aren't from this world. Cherry is the leader of the group, The Vigilantes, and they came here in persuit of the Rikti after a surprise invasion of their homeworld. Cherry of course is the captain, while Kayain's role is combat, melee, and master at arms.

 

Kayain's Personality: Arogant, smooth, and charismatic. He will always put on a ficade for people. On the outside, he seems like a, dumb, loudmouth fighter, who likes to belittle and humiliate his enemy. It's really a ruse. He wants people to think he's all talk, to get an edge on a fight, while he is very seriously thinking how to beat that person. It takes a lot to get him into 'serious' mode, but 99 percent of the time, he's the loud, lovable, and dim-witted fighter.

 

On his powers: Kayain is the owner of a magical weapon that grants him complete mastery over a particular element. His was fire. During the Rikti invasion his weapon was taken in exchange that the Rikti would not level a hospital with the people inside. Even though the weapon is gone, the lingering effects are regeneration with heat. As long as there's still heat in the area, he regenerates. If it gets colder, the regeneration slows down, but not completely. Being a Prize fighter, he uses his fists and feet to decimate his foes. So in game: MA/Regen.

 

Cherry's Personality: Personality, she's frank, honest, and considerate (most of the time). Sometimes she may come off as callous or cold, but she's only like that because she's a realist, and no-nonsense kind of person. Pretty much the opposite of Kayain.

 

Powers: She was as a baby in the womb exposed to a substance which caused her minimal psionic powers to manifest to what they are today. Her powers are similar to Sister Psyche, only she's much older. Cherry and Kayain, l hail from another world which already invented Longevity. She's actualy 208 years old. In game I use Mind Control for psionics, and /Forcefields for Psionic Barriers.

 

Extra description: Dunno about the picture quality, but she's tanned skinned, 4'11, And I can't get her hair or eyes down correctly. As a result of her mutation at birth, she's got that short black hair with natural red bangs, and 2 colored eyes, green and silver. That's the only thing I couldn't do on COH creator.

 

I had asked for those two specifically to be together, because storylinewise they're hardly appart. People tease them, for acting like an 'old married couple', which always embarrases the heck out of them. They like to argue, drink, and hang out together all the time, which is not hard to see why people would think that.

 

Deep down they do have a bit of love interest in each other, but never say so out of peer embarasment.

 

Anyway, here ya go. Sorry for being long winded, I just have lotsa love for my characters. As a matter of fact I have a very long fanfiction on them.

history: Janus Fanel comes from a small town in Edmonton Canada called Quagmire. Quagmire like Paragon City is a place bristling with supernatural activity so it's not odd to find people teleporting right next to you or flying faster than your new car can go. Part of this charm that makes Quagmire one of the most feared cities for Villains to go in. Janus from a young age idolized his parents and wanted to be like both of them in every way. His father was a renowned swordsman who at the beckon of his son taught him how to use a blade. His mother was an entity from another dimension who taught Janus to be stern, strong, but fair. Janus grew up in a very competitive circle of friends and he discovered that one day he wished to be the greatest swordsman there ever was. He was shown much encouragement by his mother who was a well known entity from another world. During his teenage years his skills were put to the test many time by one take over the world scheme or another, his city being seemly easy prey for up and coming evil doers. But no evil doer has had his way with Quagmire and to ensure that never happens Janus decided to take a leave from his friends and family and travel to Paragon City. He had heard stories from two of his Quagmire High instructors, Kamizite Mawaru and Faia Teru, who had left for Paragon City under unknown reasons. Mr. Mawaru wrote his students explaining to them what dangers he had encountered and how much trouble he had surviving in this new city. Janus thought that would be a great way to enhance his training so he kissed his lovely goodbye and got on a plane for Paragon. Janus has caught up with his Instructors in Paragon City and now runs with them full time. Mr. Mawaru told Janus he was a fool for coming but Janus knows he can handle this town without a single problem. His mantra of "It's not Cocky if you can back it up" has gotten this pretty boy into a lot of trouble, but Janus has found a lot of good people to surround his self with that have pulled his ass out of the fire. On a side note: Absence of Faith will not be touring this summer or fall due to its lead singer?s stint as a hero. Absence of Faith member Anshi was quoted as saying, "He got a stupid ass cape, big whoop! He should be here with us making our next damn record. Janus can be so damn difficult sometimes! Ugggh!" personality: He's a lead singer in a Rock band who thinks he's the best thing since sliced bread. Has a cocky I can whoop your ass attitude, and gets into trouble often. history: He hated the Circle.....They had been the ones who ripped him from where-ever his homeworld was, and sent him to the Baphomet's dismal flame dimension.They were the ones who tortured him endlessly for almost 12 billion years, or what seemed like that ammount of time....They had caused the demonic energy corrupted flames to meld with his torn soul, thus binding the entire dimension of elemental flame to his being....They had sent him to the hellish fire plane that he had fought so long to escape from....He hated them....But he escaped, through the Inferno Gates, a massive set of black double columns, backed by a set of massive obsidion doors, all compleatly wreathed in flames...He had escaped to Paragon City.....He had once again become a hero, among others like him.....He had found a home....

personality: A kind, loyal, and dependable personality hides truer, more haunting feelings of greif, sorrow, and anger. He is normaly in control of his temper, but can loose it if a subject touches him too deeply. He tries to be kind to everyone he meets, unless he feels he doesnt like them. Also, he never minds telling a good joke, and he keeps them friendly. He dislikes anyone who insults his friends, or even good people he doesnt know. He is even known to show outright hatred towards people who harm his friends. He ALWAYS shows hatred towards the Circle of Thorns, no matter who they are. At time he can seem distant when talking about certin subjects, like his origin or homeland.

powers: He can control flames and will them up from dimensions unknown to destroy his enimies. He can even use his flames to form a shield around his body, allowing him to blast his foes from a safer point. He is able to speed along the ground by means of a friction absorbing cusion of fire, and can fly by generating waves of rasing heat from his body. He also uses a large silver axe and sweeping overhanded smash of his fists should enimies get in melee range. Should he need to, he can even will up a massive explosion of fire and heat should he face overwhelming odds. Also, his health and endurance seems to recover faster than normal humans.
