Powers:

Most of BT99F's powers derive from the two mass-energy converters in his hands. They are capable of generating massive amounts of kinetic force, and can easily lay waste to a human. When used appropriately, they also form defensive shields around 9F, as well as phase shifting his body out of sync with this reality slightly, allowing him to move stealthily. He also possesses several little gadgets, including a self-repair module and an Arachnos war mace.

Personality:

Like most machines, 9F is verifiably emotionless. He follows orders unquestiongly and speaks in either DOS prompt or in short sentences.

Past:

Originally a mass produced war robot, the 9F series was all but destroyed when Crey was warned by the federal government to halt its weapons programs. The singular 9F unit to escape was the one bound for the Rogue Isles. Reprogrammed, he now serves Arachnos unquestionly.
